A Turkish court has sentenced a religious scholar to 8,658 years in prison for hosting a television show with women. The Istanbul Supreme Criminal Court sentenced him for performing with women in scantily clad and heavily made-up.
The anchor named Adnan Oktar was punished. The indictment says he surrounded scantily clad women and called them kittens. Adnan Oktar is a scholar who lectures on creationism and orthodox values.
News agencies report that during the retrial, the court charged Oktar with several charges, including sexual assault and violation of someone’s liberty. Oktar is a religious scholar who gives many lectures in many places in Turkey.
