Starting this Thursday, June 1, EWTN will reach Hispanic and Latino Catholic homes throughout the United States in Spanish through DirecTV.
Viewers will be able to access EWTN Español through channel 475 of the DirecTV satellite television service, as well as through the DirecTV Stream platform.
EWTN Español can also be seen through the Internet television system (IPTV) AT&T U-verse, on channel 3077.
Enrique Duprat, vice president of EWTN Español, assured that “we are very excited about this new launch, since it represents the presentation of EWTN Español to the largest distributor of pay television in the United States and Puerto Rico.”
“We know that many people have requested that EWTN Español be added to DirecTV services in recent years, and this is a true testament to the power of prayer and persistence,” he stressed.
“We are also very grateful to DirecTV for recognizing the value that EWTN Español brings to its services and for opening a space in each of its television distribution services to offer EWTN Español to its customers,” he said.
With its inclusion in DirecTV’s programming in the United States, EWTN Español becomes the largest Spanish-speaking Catholic television station that can be found throughout the country.
