Following her conviction for attacking an Arab woman in East Jerusalem, ex-MGB fighter Orian Ben Khalifa reflects on her emotions while remaining optimistic about the future. Khalifa posted on her Facebook page, expressing her conviction that “The Holy One, blessed be He” puts her in difficult situations to prove her resilience. While Khalifa was acquitted of several serious charges in the indictment, the judge convicted her on a different charge, but Khalifa remains hopeful due to the support of her family and followers. She maintains that she acted professionally and holds firm to her beliefs.
After being convicted of attacking an Arab woman in East Jerusalem, ex-MGB fighter Orian Ben Khalifa shares her feelings but is full of faith regarding the future.
In a post she published on her Facebook page, Kalifa wrote: “I believe with complete faith in the Holy One, blessed be He, and know that He puts me in the most difficult situations so that I can prove to myself that I am able to go through and survive everything.”
Khalifa commented on the sentence and wrote: “The judge acquitted me of all the serious charges that were attributed to me in the indictment, such as: obstruction of justice proceedings, writing a false and false action report, assault causing actual injury. And unfortunately, the judge chose to convict me of a section that did not include was attributed to me in the indictment.”
“However, I never lose hope. Thank God I am surrounded by a perfect family, supporters who embrace and support me from the beginning of the story to the end. They help me get through this terrible time and keep me sane.”
