The Secretary of the US Division of Homeland Safety, Alejandro Mayorkas, together with a distinguished US delegation, has arrived in El Salvador.

The delegation contains the Undersecretary of Commerce, Marisa Lago; the Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs, Brian Nichols; the Undersecretary of State for Inhabitants, Refugees and Migration, Julieta Noyes and the director for the Western Hemisphere of the Nationwide Nationwide Safety Council, Daniel Erikson.

Upon his arrival, Secretary Mayorkas was obtained by the US Ambassador to El Salvador, William Duncan.

Mayorkas highlighted upon his arrival on his social networks that, “It’s an honor for me to be in San Salvador, El Salvador, to steer the presidential delegation for the inauguration of President Nayib Bukele and to fulfill with the president to debate key points,” categorical.
