Final Fantasy I-VI Collection – Anniversary Edition Announced for Switch and PS4
Available since April 19th, 2023, on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4, the Pixel Remaster versions of the first six episodes of the Final Fantasy series already had physical editions. However, these were exclusive to the Square Enix store in Europe and quickly sold out. Until now, the only way to obtain the collection physically was to purchase the standard Asian version, which included all translations, at a higher price.
Square Enix is happy to announce the arrival of a new European physical version: Final Fantasy I-VI Collection – Anniversary Edition, available for Switch on October 8th. Pre-orders are already available in France for €74.99 on the official Square Enix store. The release date for other regions will be announced soon.
The Switch version will be available at multiple stores, while the PS4 version is exclusive to Micromania-Zing for Premium customers. As a bonus, this edition will include a sticker sheet featuring pixel art characters.
