The Federal Regional Court of the 5th Region – TRF5 published, in the Official Gazette of the Union (D.O.U.) this Monday (07/29), the Announcement of the opening of the Public Competition for the Formation of a Reserve List of Servers of TRF5 (Headquarters) and the Judicial Sections of Pernambuco, Paraíba, Alagoas, Rio Grande do Norte, Ceará, and Sergipe. The organization responsible for the process is the Brazilian Institute of Training and Qualification (IBFC). The registration period will run from 07/30 to 08/27. The exams are scheduled to take place on 10/13.
Candidates will be able to compete for the positions of Judicial Analyst – Administrative Area and Specialized Support Area in Data Analysis, Information Systems Analysis, Architecture, Archival Science, Library Science, Social Communication, Accounting, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Statistics, Governance and Management of Information Technology, Medicine – General Practice, Medicine – Psychiatry, Dentistry, Psychology, Information Security, Information Technology Support, Judicial Area, and Federal Evaluator Justice Officer; and Judicial Technician – Administrative Area, Judicial Police Agent, and Specialized Support Area in Accounting.
To enter these areas, the candidate for the TRF5 competition must possess a higher education degree, even for the positions of Judicial Technician. The change in requirement came after the publication of Law 14.456/2022, which began to require a complete higher education course for entry into the Judiciary Technician career of the Union.
The validity period of the Public Competition is two years, counting from the date of publication of the final result homologation, and may be extended, at the discretion of TRF5, only once and for the same period. Of the vacancies that may arise during this period, 10% will be guaranteed for people with disabilities, 20% for black individuals, and 3% for indigenous people.
Registrations
Registrations can be made from 10 AM on 07/30 until 11 PM on 08/27/2024 (Brasília time), at the address of the organizing bank of the competition: www.ibfc.org.br. The registration fee is R$ 110.00 for Judicial Analyst positions and R$ 75.00 for Judicial Technician positions. At the time of registration, candidates must choose the position, area, specialty, and locality they wish to compete for. Candidates may also register for one Judicial Analyst position and one Judicial Technician position, if they wish.
Exams
The Objective and Discursive exams for the positions of Judicial Analyst and Judicial Technician will be administered in distinct shifts, to be announced on the date indicated in the Schedule of the Announcement. The exams will take place in the capitals of Recife, João Pessoa, Natal, Fortaleza, Maceió, and Aracaju, according to the state option indicated by the candidate at the time of registration.
Confirmation of the date and information about times and locations of the exams will be published through a Call Announcement in the Electronic Gazette of the Federal Justice of the 5th Region – Administrative Edition (www.trf5.jus.br), on the IBFC website, and via electronic mail (email).
Remunerations
Currently, the starting salary for the position of Judicial Technician is R$8,529.64 and for the position of Judicial Analyst, it is R$13,994.76. Servers also receive a food allowance and other benefits.
