Saber Interactive has announced its plans for the post-launch content of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2.
The highly anticipated action game will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC on September 9, but throughout 2024 and 2025, it will receive new modes, new missions, and new enemies, all for free.
The first update, arriving in September, will be Season 1, featuring private PvE lobbies, ultra-wide monitor support, and the Battle Barge Sparring Arena.
Season 2, scheduled for late this year, will be more exciting, including new PvE missions, a new enemy, the Neo-Volkite gun, and a new difficulty level, Lethal, to challenge the most daring users.
In 2025, the Season 3 update will arrive. This time it will include a new PvE mission, a new PvP mode, and new PvP Arenas, as well as PvE prestige ranks and the Battle Barge expansion.
Finally, Season 4 will add a new Horde mode, a new enemy, and a new weapon.
Users who have the Space Marine 2 Season Pass, included in the Gold and Ultra editions, will receive a series of cosmetic item packs in each season.
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 will go on sale on September 9 and will have versions for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
