Amma, this morning (Tuesday) a hearing was held on the matter without Simon’s presence and the court ruled on Simon Leviev a payment of 25,000 shekels, of which 20,000 shekels are expenses for lawyers on behalf of Instagram and 5,000 shekels for the benefit of the state. The reason, Leviev did not come to the court hearing. But according to Leviev, he did not know about the existence of the discussion that was held this morning and therefore did not come.

Also, Leviev did not bother with the lawsuit against Instagram, because he was completely occupied in the last few days with another case starring in the headlines about a 25-year-old girl who goes by the name Irene Tarnow, who claims that Simon Leviev allegedly swindled her for half a million shekels, after taking payment from her for a luxury car that she did not receive. Following this, Leviev intends to file an appeal against the ruling given today to reimburse Instagram and the state.
