Announcement regarding the “Public Practice” at Ibuki no Mori Stadium in October exclusively for Premium Crew and Gold Crew!

It has been decided to hold public practices at Ibuki no Mori Stadium on October 14 (Monday, holiday) and October 20 (Sunday).
Premium Crew members can participate on one of their requested days.
Gold Crew members will be able to participate only if selected from those who applied.

■ About Parking
Please use public transportation to arrive. “Times Ibuki no Mori Stadium” is a parking area exclusively for users of C Ground, so parking is not allowed.

Vissel Kobe Fan Club “VISSEL SHIP” Premium Crew and Gold Crew

Premium Crew members can participate on one of their requested days.
Gold Crew members will be selected via lottery.
Only the actual members who registered can participate.
(No proxy participation, even for family members.)
Accompanying guests are not allowed.
(Only preschool children can accompany the winning parent.)
If members wish to accompany each other, please apply via the application form, but requests may not be accommodated.

About Photo and Video Shooting

Since August 2024, only still images can be taken on the pitch where the practice is held.
Video recording is prohibited. If violated, data and recording media may be confiscated, and you will be asked to leave immediately. Please be aware that staff may check data, etc., depending on the situation.

About Fan Service

We plan to provide a high-five fan service.
Fan service will be set up considering the match/practice schedule and the player’s physical condition due to weather.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

[Please Read Carefully]

* Fan service will be limited to “high-fives,” and requests for signatures or two-shot photos with players are prohibited.
* Enjoy interactions with the players from a close distance by cheering for them.
* Depending on the player’s condition, they may not pass through the fan service area.
* In case of rain, fan service may be canceled for player condition management. If it stops raining midway, it may also be canceled.
* Umbrellas are not permitted during fan service. Please wear raincoats in case of rain.
* Grabbing or pulling a player’s arm is dangerous and thus prohibited.
* If dangerous actions are observed, the event may be canceled, or future events may be affected.
* If pushing or knocking down barriers occurs, you will be asked to leave.
* Other actions that disrupt event management or are considered nuisance behaviors may also result in being asked to leave.

About Signature Service

Regarding signature service, we will implement the best methods based on weather conditions, temperature, and the status of the players and team. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
The signature service allows each person to receive a player’s autograph on “one item of their choice.” Staff will take care of your item during check-in and return it after securing the autograph.

[Please Read Carefully]

・Please fill out the application form sent by email in advance for the chosen player for autograph acquisition.
・The players available for autographs will be announced during the notification of the winners. Autographs cannot be obtained from players other than those notified.
・We are not responsible for any damage or malfunction to items brought by you. Please participate with this understanding.
・Depending on the players’ conditions and care, there may be no fan service.
・Autographs will be signed with pens provided by the organizers.
・Signatures cannot be provided on player cards. Please prepare items other than player cards for signatures.
・Requests regarding names, messages, or specific placement and size of signatures cannot be accommodated.
・Please bring items that are easy for the players to sign and are “within reasonable bounds.”
・The following items cannot be signed and requesting may be declined:
┗ Items on your person or worn, money, bankbooks, valuable securities, all types of food, plush toys that are hard to sign, items that cannot be signed with oil-based markers, items that are too large and hinder other customers, and items that are too small and hard to sign.
┗ Fragile items (mugs, glasses, etc.) may be included because they could be returned via postal service after being held.
┗ You cannot get signatures from different players on a single player’s merchandise. For example, you cannot get Player #91’s signature on Player #90’s merchandise. However, signatures on #12’s merchandise are permissible by any player.
・You may give gifts to the players. If you prepare a gift, please hand it to the staff. (Please refrain from giving food and drinks.)
・Reselling signatures is strictly prohibited.
・If any fraud is detected, membership will be revoked.
・On the day of public practice, the return of items for signatures may take time, so be patient.
・If signatures cannot be obtained on the day of the event, they may be sent later. In such cases, the return of signed items may take about one month.

Please apply using the application form that will be sent via email on September 24 (Tuesday).
Premium Crew members are also required to follow the application procedure.

* On the day of the event, digital membership cards must be presented for identity verification. Failure to present them may result in denial of entry.

Notes

・The viewing area does not have a roof. Please be cautious of the strong sunlight during clear weather and manage your health accordingly while viewing.
・Taking pictures of players training on grounds other than the main practice area and posting photos or videos on social media or the internet is prohibited.
・When watering the pitch before or during practice, water may splash into the viewing area.
・There are no designated smoking areas.
・Seat changes are allowed.
・Please secure only your own seat.
・Restrooms are located at the civic clubhouse next to C Ground.
・Available vending machines are beside the clubhouse and next to C Ground. (※Unavailable at certain times)
・Areas restricted by the club are off-limits.
・Umbrellas are permitted but please refrain from using them in a manner that obstructs others.
・In case of severe weather, the event may be canceled. If a cancellation is decided the day before, notification will be sent via email.
・This event may be canceled at short notice.
・The practice viewing scenes may be used on the official Vissel Kobe website, etc.
・For the sake of local residents, do not wait to enter or exit or line up in the early morning.
・Your understanding and cooperation with staff instructions is greatly appreciated. If individuals do not comply with staff instructions on the day, the event may be canceled, or they may be asked to leave.
・If fraud is discovered, membership will be revoked.
