VISUAL AND DYNAMIC SUMMARY OF THE DOCUMENT PREPARED BY THE HUMAN RIGHTS DEFENSE COMMITTEE OF THE CONFEDERATION REGARDING THE YEAR 2021

This document is an annual compilation of the state of the rights of people with psychosocial disabilities in Spain in a global context of the pandemic caused by the COVID-19 virus. It includes, in addition to violations, the achievements, advances and recommendations regarding mental health. It collects concrete examples with specific allusions to the articles included in the International Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities, highlighting the rights of women to equality and non-discrimination, the rights of boys and girls, to life, equal recognition of as a person before the law, access to justice, liberty and security of person, right to independent life, right to health, right to work, etc.
