jpnn.comKARAWACI – PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAP), one of Apple’s partners in Indonesia, spread its wings by inaugurating the new concept of Digimap Apple Premium Partner at Supermal Karawaci, Tangerang (13/9).
The new store is Digimap’s first Apple premium partner to open in the Jabodetabek area.
Following the success of four other Digimap APPs in Surabaya, Medan, and Bali, the store concept comes with a large space.
The store is also equipped with an integrated service center to provide a more complete shopping experience.
Head of Marketing Apple, PT MAP Zona Perkasa Farah Fausa said this store offers a variety of Apple products such as iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Mac, and accessories including Airpod and AirTag.
“Karawaci was chosen because it is one of the potential areas in Tangerang and we are very enthusiastic about opening our first Digimap Apple Premium Partner in Tangerang,” he said after the opening of the new store, Friday.
He said the store is supported by Apple-trained staff who have extensive knowledge that will help customers when they experience problems with their devices.
“There is an excellent after-sales service provided by our team of Apple-trained experts, we hope to enhance the shopping experience,” he said.
