Kuwait City: An expatriate who tried to smuggle 100 kilograms of hashish was arrested in Kuwait. The anti-narcotics department of Kuwait arrested a native of Egypt. Authorities arrested him for smuggling drugs into the country.
He is a fisherman in Kuwait. He admitted that his brother was involved in a drug case and was deported from Kuwait. The accused confessed that he was related to a drug smuggler from Iraq and that he used to dump drugs from Iran on the shore of Miskan Island near Failaka Island. The authorities said that the drug seized from him has a market value of 250,000 dinars.

The parcel contained 189 cigarettes containing cannabis and glass capsules filled with marijuana oil.

They were later handed over to the Kuwait Narcotics Control General Department. Officials informed that legal action is being taken against the woman.
