jpnn.comJAKARTA – PDIP General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri revealed that there are parties who plan to take over her party. So she plans to run again as General Chair.

Political observer Indonesia Political Opinion (IPO) Efriza sees the communication conducted by Megawati only wants to strengthen the solidity of PDIP. Because, she must respond to questions and assertiveness within her.

Unfortunately, it actually made Megawati communicate that she still chose to stay as the general chairperson. He considered that Megawati should try to regenerate the leadership in PDIP.

“It is believed that Megawati only wants to show that she is still strong as a symbol of the party’s unity, unfortunately the opportunity for a new leader to emerge is not present in PDIP,” said Efriza when contacted by journalists.

Megawati’s statement was echoed in relation to President Joko Widodo (Jokowi). However, Efriza considered it difficult if Jokowi wanted to take over PDIP.

He explained that all cadres of the party led by Megawati Soekarnoputri were disappointed with Jokowi’s political stance.

“If we look closely, Jokowi finds it difficult to take over PDIP because he has become a common enemy of all PDIP cadres who have been disappointed with Jokowi’s political career as president, instead ignoring his PDIP party with his obsession with nominating Gibran to continue sustainable development,” he said.

If observed carefully, said Efriza, the statement by PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto about Jokowi’s desire to take over PDIP is merely political communication in the form of discordant voices.

Previously, PDI Perjuangan Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto revealed the figure that General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri said wanted to take over PDIP.
