jpnn.comJAKARTA – Atta Halilintar’s father, Halilintar Anofial Asmad, provided clarification regarding accusations of taking over foundation assets worth IDR 26 billion.
Meanwhile, Aurel Hermansyah’s father-in-law was sued by the foundation because he allegedly took over land that was purchased collectively.
Halilintar Anofial Asmad’s attorney, Lucky Omega Hasan, said that the assets in question belonged to his client.
According to him, for many years his clients have given him the right to use and exploit these assets without asking for compensation as long as they are for social purposes and as a means of community education.
However, as time went by there were individuals who sued to try to take over Halilintar Anofial Asmad’s land rights in the name of the foundation.
“For years Mr. Halilintar was sued by members of the foundation. He did not fight or retaliate, he only defended his rights to his land,” said Lucky, in his statement, Monday (11/3).
Efforts to maintain this right are to avoid individuals from the Foundation taking over for negative and irresponsible interests.
In the end, the legal decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia finally determined and confirmed that the land asset remained the Certificate of Ownership (SHM) in the name of Halilintar Anofial Asmad.
