Kochi: Huge reduction in exports from India to South Asian countries. The setback was mainly due to reduced purchases by Bangladesh and Nepal. These countries are facing a huge decline in their foreign exchange reserves. Exports from India have fallen in the context of import restrictions to overcome the crisis.
