A concert of the Azerbaijan State Orchestra of Folk Instruments took place on the stage of the Azerbaijan State Academic Philharmonic named after Muslim Magomayev in Baku, Day.Az reports.
The orchestra performed under the direction of conductor Mustafa Ashurov.
The soloists of the program are Honored Artist of Azerbaijan Nargiz Kerimova, as well as Ravan Gachaev, Nurlana Abdullaeva, Elshad Shikhaliev, Yashar Yusub, Ashug Samira (Samira Aliyeva), Anar Yusub, Zabita Alyeva, Vafa Vezirova, and the Choir group of Azerbaijan State Song and Dance Ensemble named after Fikret Amirova (choirmaster – Honored Artist of Azerbaijan Naala Baratelia).
The concert program was composed of wonderful musical works by Azerbaijani composers, which found a response in the hearts of the audience.
The concert once again demonstrated the extraordinary beauty and melody of Azerbaijani music. The audience greeted each number of the program with thunderous applause.
