America continues to be extremely cold. About 20 people died in the cold storm in an area of 3,200 km from Quebec to Texas. Thousands of flight services have been cancelled. Train services were also suspended. A weather emergency has been declared in several states.
The western state of Montana is the hardest hit. The temperature here is minus 45 degrees. Florida, Georgia, Texas, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Michigan are also in critical condition. Ontario and Quebec in Canada have a similar situation. Climate emergencies were declared in Kentucky, New York and South Carolina, and an energy emergency was declared in Wisconsin.
