Documentation in Shabbat Square: Dozens of extremists demonstrated today (Tuesday) against the filming of the ‘Corrupt Angel’ series of ‘Here 11’.
In the early morning, filming for the series began at the printing house on David Yellin Street in Jerusalem, but was soon stopped following protests from extremists who shouted at the camera crew and the actors: “Get out of here, you Israelis.”
Following this, as stated, the filming was stopped and police forces who were called to the scene separated the demonstrators from the production team and prevented any outbreak of violence.
Journalist Eran Suissa reported in Israel Today that the cessation of filming today resulted in a loss of tens of thousands of shekels for a production that plans to continue filming the scenes elsewhere, away from all sorts of possible opponents.
