The company is aiming to resume shipments in the middle of next month (May).
According to Ezaki Glico, shipments have been suspended for 82 items, including all refrigerated products such as Cafe Ole and Pucchin Pudding, and some frozen and room-temperature products.

On the 18th, shipments resumed once again, but due to the discovery of a data error and the inability to process orders in time, shipments have been halted again.
The company is currently working on recovery efforts with the aim of resuming shipments of refrigerated products in the middle of next month.
