In a note sent to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), Ezentis indicates that the first loan, for 10 million euros, has been signed with Electrónica Coner (Ynsite), and the second, for 6 million, with Excelsior Times .

All this, adds the note, within the framework of the restructuring plan with creditors.

On December 2, the CNMV decided to cautiously suspend the stock trading of Ezentis, after learning that the company was negotiating an agreement with the bank that could imply a debt reduction of 75% and the creation of a company that will keep the business. viable.

The last day it was listed, Thursday, December 1, Ezentis closed with a sharp drop of more than 10%, to 0.089 euros.
