കFahadh Faasil to shine in Tamil again after Malhasan starrer ‘Vikram’ Fahadh will be seen in the film Maamannan, directed by Mari Selvaraj. The title poster of the film has been released. It is learned that Fahad will play the lead role in the film.
Keerthi Suresh is the heroine in the movie starring Udayanidhi Stalin. Vadivelu also plays a strong character. A.R. Rahman is the music. The shooting of the film will start in February. Theni Ishwar is the cinematographer. After Pariyerum Perumal and Karnan, Mamannan will be directed by Mari Selvaraj.
Audiences are currently waiting for Vikram’s release. Apart from Fahad, Narain and Kalidas Jayaram from Malayalam are also starring in ‘Vikram’ with Kamal Haasan. According to Lokesh Kanakaraj, ‘Vikram’ took 110 days to complete the shoot. Anirudh is the music director of Kamal Haasan’s.
Meanwhile, it was reported yesterday that Fahad will be playing the lead role in Chimpu’s Corona Kumar. But there has been no official confirmation in this regard.
Fahadh’s first Tamil film is ‘Velaikkaran’ starring Sivakarthikeyan in the lead role. Meanwhile, Pushpa is Fahad’s last release. Fahadh played the lead role of Allu Arjun in the film.

Pushpa was released worldwide on December 17 last year. Apart from Telugu, the film has been released in Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi. Fahad’s latest release in Malayalam is Malik. After the super hit ‘Take Off’, this is a big budget film starring Fahad Fazil and director Mahesh Narayanan. The film was initially notable for Fahad’s look, which weighed less than 20 kg for the Rs 27 crore film. Produced by Anto Joseph under the banner of Anto Joseph Film Company, the film also stars Joju George, Dileesh Pothen, Salim Kumar, Indrans, Vinay Fort, Nimisha Sajayan and the notable Chanthunath on the 18th step.
