Fake news – Vinitaly special. “A teaspoon in the bottle preserves the sparkling wine?”: the answer of the sommelier

The words of Paolo Porfidio, 34 years old, who in just over a minute dismantles one of the most widespread false beliefs about the world of wine. The interview with the sommelier of the Excelsior Hotel Gallia in Milan, on the occasion of Vinitaly, the wine fair that takes place in Verona from 2 to 5 April. Porfidio has just been named best sommelier of the year by Identità Golose.
