Omani actress Fakhriya Khamis has announced that she has successfully overcome breast and lymphoma cancer after undergoing a rigorous two-year treatment. In a heartfelt Instagram post, Khamis shared a video of children receiving treatment at the institution where she underwent her own treatment, accompanying it with a caption describing her journey with the disease.
Reflecting on the moment she first discovered her diagnosis, Khamis said, “To be honest, when I was diagnosed with breast cancer and second-degree lymph node involvement, I didn’t cry or complain. Instead, I prayed to God for strength and patience throughout the treatment, knowing that it is a trial from God that can be overcome with the right treatment.” She expressed gratitude for her recovery and extended her well wishes to her followers: “Praise be to God for His grace.
