So far, Thorsten Legat’s youngest son Leon has not been in the public eye. That should change with a celebrity boxing match – but that won’t happen.
The name Legat is now well known to reality TV viewers. Former soccer star Thorsten Legat wasn’t the only one who made a name for himself with “I’m a star – get me out of here!” and “The Summer House of the Stars” made a name for television audiences, and his son Nico Legat also caused a stir with his cheating scandal on “Temptation Island”.
Now Leon Legat, the ex-athlete’s youngest son, is also in the spotlight. The aspiring fitness influencer regularly shares insights into his training on Instagram – almost 6,000 followers watch his posts there. This attention is apparently not enough for the 24-year-old: he wanted to demonstrate his athleticism in front of a live audience at a boxing show – but his family put obstacles in his way.

In mid-May, Leon Legat was supposed to get into the ring at the “Bild” event Fame Fighting. Now he’s giving his Instagram community a sobering update about his participation: “Fame Fighting is over.” The athlete is anything but happy about this development: “One or two tears have just flowed,” he admits.
At first, Leon Legat did not want to comment on the reasons, but in a later Instagram story he made allegations against his father. He is said to have advised the organizer to find out about his son’s past. “That’s why I’m no longer there. Thorsten Legat, as he lives and breathes. Taking the format away from his own child, talking badly about him,” the influencer is annoyed. Legat also explains why he is making the family matter public: He doesn’t want to continue dancing to his father’s tune. “We always had to play according to the rules, the way we had to behave outside. So that we didn’t attract negative attention,” remembers Leon Legat.

Thorsten Legat not only has a dispute with his youngest son, his relationship with 26-year-old Nico Legat is also tense. He can currently be seen on the RTL program “Prominent Separate” – and apparently doesn’t behave the way his father would like. “His behavior is anti-social, childish, stupid and stupid! We distance ourselves from everything that comes across. That is not the style of Thorsten Legat and Alexandra. No sensible values, he behaves like a fool,” said the former footballer Instagram.
His son Nico felt attacked by the words. “It’s a bit sad, actually you can be proud when your own son goes his own way – but that’s exactly why there’s a clinch between us,” he said on “Bild”. He would never say a bad word about his family in public.
