The appointment with the crime fiction Made in Istanbul is as always set at 9.20pm on Channel 5. You can follow it in simultaneous streaming on Mediaset Infinity. All previous episodes are available on the platform. The series follows the investigations of prosecutor Ilgaz (Kaan Ungancioglu) and lawyer Ceylin (Pinar Deniz). It all started with the discovery of the corpse of her sister.
Ilgaz and Ceylin have 24 ore to gather evidence against Engin, otherwise the judge might release him. Eren discovers a Photo of the Tilmen family’s vacation with a suitcase identical to the one used to abandon Inci in the dumpster. Comparing the cat hairs found in the suitcase with those of Engin’s cat, he finds a correspondence. At the same time, Ceylin and Ilgaz obtain a video showing Engin climbing onto the Galata Bridge, destroying a cell phone and he throws it at sea. Metin asks his boss to cancel his retirement request to return to work. Parla confronts his father expressing his contempt for his actions towards her and her mother, declaring that she could no longer trust him and refuse it like a father.
Ilgaz and Ceylin retrace the path that Engin took night of the murder to prevent the latter from being released by the judge who has no valid evidence to detain him. During the journey, they arrive at the place of the discovery of Inci’s corpse and Ilgaz remembers the man who had hidden behind the curtains of the window which overlooks that very place. Initially the man does not answer when Ilgaz and Ceylin ring the doorbell. When they see him leave the house, the two they block it. When questioned, he confirmed that that night he had seen something but had not wanted to tell the police because of an injustice he had suffered in the past. When, for wanting to save a woman, he had been unjustly convicted to 10 years in prison. Ilgaz convinces him to talk by appealing to his good heart and the pain of Ceylin. The man not only saw something that evening, but also filmed it.
Ceylin asks Pars if he can to stand alongside in the continuation of the investigation. In the meantime, he annoys Ilgaz by interfering during the interrogation of the hospital director reported from the mother of an epileptic child. Parla does not want to know anything more about her father Osman, despite Aylin’s attempts to make her see reason.
