And a sinkhole surprised a family from the state of Nuevo Leon because the huge hole appeared at inside their own house located in the municipality of Juárez.
According to the statements made by the members of the same family, the sinkhole was discovered when they tried to carry out construction work to remodel their home.
In this regard, they pointed out that when the works began, one of the workers who would be in charge of changing pipes as part of the remodeling came across the huge hole.
Family finds a sinkhole in their own home when they wanted to remodel the kitchen
A family from the state of Nuevo Leon had plans to carry out a remodel their home but when they started the work, they came across a sinkhole.
Interviewed by local media, the family members explained that they found the huge hole when they were trying to make a remodel in the home kitchen.
During the first works that were launched, they indicated, one of the plumbers found the sinkhole that they detailed. It was full of dirty water and debris.
Regarding the facts, they indicated that when they began removing the mosaic and floor from the kitchen, the worker noticed that the chisel he used had completely penetrated the surface.
The plumber, upon noticing that his tool had completely penetrated the floor, began to open a wider space to verify the site.
It was at that moment that the worker found the sinkhole located below the house which they asserted had a depth greater than 2 meters.
After finding the huge hole and examining the area in detail, the employee managed to identify that the hole opened as a result of a heavy water leak.

Family from Nuevo Leon accuses construction company of not helping them
Once the family from Nuevo Leon found the sinkhole which was formed below their house, they came before the construction company who sold them the property.
However, they said that the company responsible for the San Francisco Subdivision, refused to provide them with any kind of help due to the appearance of the huge hole.
Regarding this, those affected added that they are aware that based on the provisions of the contract purchase, the company can no longer offer them help.
However, they called on the construction company to notify them if the sinkhole represents a greater risk for the property and if they need to move.
