Famous comedian Suri has been under investigation by the police for 5 consecutive hours.
Actor Suri Adyar had lodged a complaint with the Adyar police against actor Vishnu Vishal’s father, former DGP Ramesh Kudawala and producer Anbuvel Rajan for allegedly defrauding them of Rs 2 crore and 70 lakh.
While the case has been transferred to the Chennai Central Criminal Division, actor Suri has already appeared before the Central Criminal Division at the Chennai Police Commissioner’s Office.
This is the second time in a row that actor Suri has appeared before the investigating officer. He is said to have been interrogated for more than about 5 hours. Actor Suri has answered 110 questions asked in connection with the case during the hearing.
The police said that a full investigation has been launched into the actor Suri’s complaint regarding the money laundering complaint and a notice has been sent to the Revenue Department and the concerned bank management asking for a proper explanation.
