Fans from Monterrey They ask the English band, Oasis recreate the iconic Photo of them together with the Hill of the Chair.

After the English band announced their return after 15 years, fans from Monterrey asked the group to perform in Monterrey, and not only that, but to take a photo again on the streets of the Sultana del Norte with the emblematic Cerro de la Silla in the background.

The above was done in order to recreate the moment that the British quartet had when they visited the city of Monterrey to give a concert on November 29, 2008, at the Monterrey Arena.

That show was sold out at that time, so many fans were unable to attend the event. However, as a reminder of Oasis’ presence, they have a photo that the group took near the venue on Fundidora Avenue, after finishing the sound check.

And now, following the return of Oasis, with their tour called “This is it, this is happening”, where the band will have a series of concerts in England and Ireland with dates that will extend throughout 2025, fans are asking for the image that was taken just 4 blocks from the Arena, in Colonia Obrera, at the intersection of Jerónimo Treviño and Antonio Coello, to be recreated and which is the work of the prestigious photographer Josh Cheuse, who documented that tour.
