FAS Russia approved the petition of the company “Arkada Holding” for the acquisition of 100% of the voting shares of the developer “Inteko”, it follows from the decision base of the department.
“The Federal Antimonopoly Service considered the petition of the Limited Liability Company” Arkada Holding “to obtain the preliminary consent of the antimonopoly authority to acquire 100% of the voting shares of the Limited Liability Company” INTECO “and made a decision to satisfy this petition,” the message says.
Arkada Holding was registered in June this year. According to Spark, 50% of the company’s shares belong to Uralchem’s CEO Dmitry Mazepin, while Felix Lyubashevsky, the president of Integra Group, and Denis Izbrecht, the vice president for business development projects, of Integra Group, hold 25% shares.
On October 27, the FAS approved similar applications from five more companies. On September 16, Trust Bank announced that it had put Inteko up for sale through an open auction. The initial price of the asset will be RUB 37.4 billion. This cost includes 100% of shares of JSC Inteko (estimated at 29.6 billion rubles) and the rights of claims of Trust against the developer in the amount of 7.8 billion rubles. The sale will take place in the form of an open electronic auction for price increases on the site of the Auction House of the Russian Federation. Applications for the auction are accepted from September 16 to November 10, the “Trust” noted.
