On September 16, Trust Bank announced that it had put Inteko up for sale through an open auction. The initial price of the asset will be RUB 37.4 billion. This cost includes 100% of shares of JSC Inteko (estimated at 29.6 billion rubles) and the rights of claims of Trust against the developer in the amount of 7.8 billion rubles. The sale will take place in the form of an open electronic auction for price increases on the site of the Auction House of the Russian Federation. Applications for the auction are accepted from September 16 to November 10, the “Trust” noted.

The developer Inteko, founded in 1991 by the widow of the former mayor of Moscow Yuri Luzhkov, Elena Baturina, has built more than 5 million square meters during its existence. m of housing, according to the company’s website.
