FAS is ready to discuss state regulation of prices for fuel oil

The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) is ready to discuss with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Energy the introduction of state regulation of prices for fuel oil, FAS head Maxim Shaskolsky said on November 18 during the government hour at the Federation Council.

Konstantin Dolgov, representative of the Murmansk region in the Federation Council, drew attention to the problem of expensive fuel oil, which is used by thermal generation in the northern regions.
