It has been reported that Indian cricketer Bumrah has gone to New Zealand for surgery.
India’s star fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah has gone to New Zealand for surgery. Bumrah missed the Asia Cup series and the ODIs between India and South Africa in August 2022 due to an injury.
He was named in the ODI series between India and Australia on the assumption that he had recovered from his injury. Tests on Bumrah, who was ruled out in pain midway through the series, revealed a fracture in his spinal cord. Meanwhile, there are reports that fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah has gone to New Zealand and is scheduled to undergo a back surgery in the next two days.
As a result, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has officially announced that Bumrah will not participate in the Mumbai Indians team led by Rohit Sharma in the upcoming IPL match which will start on March 31.
