Fatal Scissor Attack: Brother Dies After Drunken Argument

His younger brother died after his elder brother attacked him with scissors in a house on Serpentine Road, Porala.

A 55-year-old man from Serpentine Road, Boralai died in the incident.

After a drunken argument with his elder brother, the suspect stabbed his elder brother in the chest with a pair of scissors.

The man who was seriously injured in the scissor attack died on admission at the Colombo National Hospital.

Police said that both of them are addicted to alcohol and drugs.

The 59-year-old suspect’s brother was arrested by police with the scissors used in the murder and will appear in court.
