The Fattal chain and the White City Buildings Company will jointly establish a luxury desert resort, near the city of Arad. Fattal (through its 7MINDS company) and the Tel Aviv real estate company jointly purchased the 20-dunam area (50% -50%). The estimated investment in the project, including the construction, is approximately NIS 200 million. The area where the resort will be built is located In the Judean Desert, east of Arad, surrounded by a desert landscape and overlooking the Dead Sea.
The program aims to establish a luxury resort with 5 levels of deluxe accommodation, which will be managed by 7MINDS. It is expected to open in about three years, and will include 110 rooms in an area of 40 sqm to 150 sqm, with balconies and private pools. Three pools, a spa, an event space, restaurants and more are expected to be built in the common areas.
“We are not aiming for a hotel that will cost NIS 5,000 per night, but the focus is on luxury,” Oren Pascal, owner of 7MINDS, tells Globes. “The winning card of the hotel is its location, and the view around it.
