Leaders of FCSB’s fan group demanded the resignation of assistant coaches Alin Stoica and Lucian Filip, citing internal misconduct and claiming to have evidence. Gheorghe Mustață, a Peluzei Nord leader, warned the pair to leave the club or face consequences, stating they make a lot of harm and lack the required Pro license.
Gheorghe Mustață, a prominent leader of FCSB’s Peluzei Nord fan group, has demanded the immediate resignation of assistant coaches Alin Stoica and Lucian Filip, accusing them of causing a lot of harm to the club. Mustață, who spoke at the Templul Sportului, claimed to have clear evidence of wrongdoing but did not specify the nature of the allegations. He warned that the two would face serious consequences if they did not leave the club, emphasizing that their presence was detrimental to the team’s atmosphere.
Fan Leader Demands Resignations
They must leave the club immediately. They make a lot of harm. We have evidence. If they don’t leave, it will be bad for them, Mustață said, according to multiple sources. He added that the pair had no business being in the club and accused them of undermining the team’s stability. The fan leader’s comments came amid reports that Stoica and Filip had been part of the interim staff following Mirel Rădoi’s departure, later remaining in the club even after Marius Baciu was appointed as head coach. Prosport noted that Mihai Stoica had publicly supported the pair for a long-term role, though neither holds a Pro license required for Superliga coaches.

Mustață alleged that fans had spied on the team’s training base and uncovered truths that confirmed long-standing suspicions about the two coaches. We didn’t believe what we heard, but now we have confirmation,
he said. He also criticized their lack of a Pro license, which is mandatory for Superliga coaches, and suggested their continued presence was a liability for the club. As.ro reported that Mustață claimed to have important people willing to face each other and speak
about the situation.
Background on the Interim Staff
Alin Stoica and Lucian Filip had been part of the interim management team after Rădoi’s exit, according to Prosport.
The fan leader also hinted that other staff members might face scrutiny, but emphasized that Stoica and Filip should be the first to leave. There are others who need to go, but Alin Stoica and Lucian Filip must leave as soon as possible,
he said. Prosport added that Mustață warned the coaches to have the courage to resign
or face further revelations.
Club Response and Next Steps
As of now, FCSB has not issued an official response to Mustață’s claims. The next match, a fixture against Oțelul on October 10, will be a key moment for the team as tensions around the coaching staff continue to simmer. Prosport reported that Mustață urged fans to sustain the team’s support but warned against spoil[ing] the atmosphere with Oțelul
if the coaches remained.
