BOLZANO. Moments of fear last night (September 9) between Maso della Pieve Street and via Loris Musy in Oltrisarco. It was just after 8:30 pm. A man, armed with a knife and clearly in a state of alteration, threatened some passers-by and then climbed onto the bus 10/A at the airport stop in the direction of Via Claudia Augusta.
Panic among the passengers on board the vehicle. Emergency services intervened on the spot police and carabinieri who stopped the bus and blocked the man.
Fortunately, no one was injured.
Witnesses said they heard screams from homes, saw scooters lying on the street and punctured car tires.
The district councilor was also present on site Angel Liuzzi: “A few months ago – he wrote on social media – I presented a motion to the District Council, asking for greater control by the Police Forces in Oltrisarco, and in particular in the area of via Maso della Pieve. The situation last night shows how necessary it is to intervene seriously and find effective solutions to guarantee the safety of the neighborhood”.
