Fedun explained the signing of an additional agreement with Gazizov as a delusion

by time news

New circumstances of the court proceedings between the owner of the Moscow football club “Spartak” Leonid Fedun and the former general director of the red-and-white Shamil Gazizov have become known. As it turned out, the head of the board of directors of the “red-white” filed a written appeal to the Moscow Arbitration Court. It concerns an employment contract with Gazizov.

Fedun’s address says that an additional agreement with Gazizov was signed by him as chairman of the board of directors after he was misled “on two points of the employment contract.”

At the same time, the representative of “Spartak” refused to answer the judge’s clarifying question about who exactly misled Fedun.

At the same time, the lawyer Tatyana Zavyalova, who represents the interests of “Spartak”, suggested in a conversation with reporters that the owner of the team could have been misled by Gazizov himself.

In addition, at a new court session, Gazizov’s petition to transfer the case to a court of higher jurisdiction was dismissed, Championship.com reports. The dispute will be settled by an arbitration court. The main court hearing in the case will take place on August 17, 2021.
