The title of this book is true for something unpleasant: a mess, a state of chaos, an annoying mess. However, you can’t blame Emily Ezekiel for that. On the contrary: the author of “There you have a salad” takes a very systematic approach to gather and present the 75 recipes that he presents to his readers on more than 200 pages, without a trace of chaos or confusion. The original English edition had the simple title “Salad dishes” – but in German the salad pun is too obvious not to use.
