Ayuk Aida became a defendant and city prisoner in connection with an alleged embezzlement case, right on his birthday, Friday (5/4).
“I feel that I was criminalized in such a way by Ippho Santosa through the hands of my former partner, Enik Risnawati,” said Ayuk Aida, in his statement, Tuesday (9/4).
The wife of a YouTuber from Palestine, Oday Al Akhras, revealed that the judge rejected her notice of exception on the grounds that returning the money to the complainant was considered a trick.
“As if the Rp. 20 million case felt like it was Rp. 20 billion, even Rp. 200 trillion,” said Ayuk, who received permission to fly to Palestine, with her husband.

Ayuk Aida’s attorney, Dina Aprillia, uncovered a series of irregularities from several trials. The prosecutor’s indictment against Ayuk Aida is different from the police’s initial BAP.
