UPS Healthcare has announced that Felipe Morgulis has been promoted to president of the company’s Logistics and Distribution business, including Bomi Group, in Europe and LATAM (Latin America). Based in Italy, Felipe will become part of the management team, reporting directly to John Bolla, president of UPS Healthcare, according to a statement.
Brazilian-born Morgulis joined UPS in 2022 during the company’s acquisition of Bomi Group. Since then, he has helped drive growth and expansion of operations that have contributed to the success of the business. This has included the recent acquisition of Transport Chabas Santé, which expanded UPS Healthcare operations in the south of France, the opening of one of Europe’s largest healthcare logistics facilities near Madrid, as well as sustainability certifications for the network. of the company in Italy and Brazil.
The company explains that its priorities in the coming months and throughout 2024 include business growth in Europe and Latin America, including new certified state-of-the-art warehouses.
Prior to this, Felipe was Vice President of Operations at Bomi Group, leading operations and commercial activities in Southern Europe and Latin America.
