Winner of the Antalya tournament, the French table tennis prodigy, Félix Lebrun, is the third youngest player to enter the world top 10.

He is already, at the age of 17, one of France’s hopes for a medal at the 2024 Olympic Games. Félix Lebrun has officially joined the top 10 best players in the world, two days after his first coronation during a WTT singles tournament in Antalya, Turkey. He beat the German Dimitrij Otcharov, 9th player in the world and former No. 1, in the final.

Félix Lebrun, crowned at the European Games last June, became the third youngest player in the history of table tennis to enter the world top 10. In terms of precocity, he is notably ahead of the Chinese Ma Long, five-time Olympic champion (including the singles in Tokyo in 2021) and considered by many to be the greatest table tennis player of all time. His big brother, Alexis Lebrun, 20 years old, is ranked 20th worldwide. Their duo is expected in Paris for the next Olympics.
