In this video you will see how lift and firm the chest with some exercises that are carried out on any wall and very easy. They are exercises that any woman can perform and that will give results

From the hand of Susana Yábar you will see four exercises, of 30 seconds each only

The first exercise is done leaning the back and butt on the wall. The elbows open and close.

Secondly, we will support ourselves with our hands on the wall and we will do push-ups with one arm, alternating them.

The third exercise involves doing side push-ups with one arm on the wall, bending the leg on the same side as the supporting arm.

Finally, an exercise in which we let ourselves fall on the wall with both hands while we twist at the waist.

You will see that they are very simple routines that if you do them with discipline they will shape your chest and you will notice it firmer and higher.
