jpnn.comJAKARTA – Gresini Racing officially announced Marc Marquez’s replacement for MotoGP 2025, namely Fermin Aldeguer.
The 19-year-old Moto2 rider will accompany Alex Marquez, while Marc Marquez will move to the main Ducati team to accompany Francesco Bagnaia.
Fermin Aldeguer has signed a multi-year deal with Gresini in MotoGP. He will ride the Ducati Desmosedici GP24.
“Fermin Aldeguer’s premier class debut seat has been officially announced, with the 19-year-old set to join Gresini Racing MotoGP next season,” wrote the official MotoGP website on Wednesday.
“Aldeguer has been signed by the Bologna-based manufacturer on a multi-year contract.”
Aldeguer expressed his happiness at being able to join Gresini next season.
He said the opportunity was an incredible thing for him.
He also hopes to soon be able to master the GP24 to have the best season next year.
