Fernando Daniel shared a statement on his Instagram account about the release of his next album. In the text, the singer says that he just wants to release “VHS Vol.2” only when he “feels like the time is right.” “I want to feel like it reflects everything I am.”
“The truth is that in the midst of so much work and success I started to forget what really matters — myself and my mental health”, confessed the artist on social media.
In the publication, Fernando Daniel confesses that, “emotionally” he was “several times down” because each time he “felt less capable of being creative and dedicated as he always was”. “I felt that despite the success being before my eyes, your kind words, the results and your smiles, it wasn’t enough to recover from that exhaustion”, he revealed.
“This is not a see you soon, much less a farewell, it is a clarification from me for all of you who follow my work and everything I say and show here. I will continue here and soon I will tell you where we have an appointment , with the promise of giving you new music throughout the year, but whenever I feel it’s time to give you something genuine and without pressure, as it has always been up until now”, he concluded.
