On this occasion, members of the Bretton Woods institution delegation met with the CHU managers and received a detailed presentation on the Centre and the various services it provides.
This presentation included statistics on the most important achievements of the Hassan II University Hospital, as well as details on the medical services provided and future projects aimed at rehabilitating the infrastructure and improving the quality of health care provided to citizens, in accordance with the royal projects for reforming the health system, the statement said.
The delegation visited several departments of the Center, including the cardiovascular diseases department, the central pharmacy and the hematology-oncology center for adults and children, where detailed explanations were given on the medical services provided in these departments and how the work is organized to ensure optimal care for patients.
The delegation also visited the Maison de Vie facilities intended for the temporary accommodation of patients from remote areas to continue their cancer treatment, the same source concluded.
