Director general of the FFF for ten years, between 2013 and 2023, Florence Hardouin, laid off on January 11 and then dismissed for “serious misconduct” on February 28, reached an agreement with her former employer. Indeed, the former number 2 of Noël Le Graët should receive compensation of between 1 and 1.5 million euros. according to The Teamwho adds that this sum will be paid to him in several instalments.

This agreement will thus put an end to the legal proceedings initiated for several months between the two camps. Shortly after her layoff, which came at the end of the federal executive committee which formalized the withdrawal of former president Noël Le Graët, the leader had seized the prud’hommes to challenge her dismissal, even if the 3F had abandoned the ground of “serious misconduct”. In February, the former fencer had also seized the Defender of Rights “to have the FFF’s hindrance to its whistleblower status noted”. She had also filed a complaint for moral and sexual harassment against her Le Graët.

Still according to L’Équipe, Florence Hardouin organized her farewell party this Tuesday, August 29, near the headquarters of the federation, as a sign of appeasement. It would have invited certain employees or former employees of the authority.
