Elements of the Attorney General’s Office of Mexico City (FGJCDXM) arrested Miguel Angel “N”official of the mayor’s office Gustavo A. Maderowho was accused of sexually abusing a minor under 10 years of age; this would be the third time he has committed this crime.
Agents of the Investigative Police of the capital’s Prosecutor’s Office carried out the arrest of the alleged aggressor, who holds the position of Deputy Director of Personnel Administration in the Gustavo A. Madero mayor’s office.

Miguel Ángel “N” allegedly participated in the crime of rape against a minor, an act committed inside the facilities of the Government building of the demarcation, inside his office.
Following the events, the Office of the Prosecutor for the Investigation of Crimes Committed Against Children and Adolescents has already compiled the corresponding investigation file, with file CI-FIDCANNA/59/UI-1CD/3042/07-2024.
It should be noted that sources from the Prosecutor’s Office indicated that the victim of sexual abuse is the granddaughter of a municipal employee, who is believed to be the suspect’s subordinate.

This would be the third time that Miguel Ángel “N” has received a complaint for the same crime, the previous ones being in 2009 and 2023, the second of them against the victim named Miroslava “N”, also a worker at the mayor’s office; so sources indicate that the official acts with total impunity.
It should be noted that this is the second official from the district to be arrested in less than a week, since Genaro “N”, director of Civil Protection of the mayor’s office, was arrested on July 11 for domestic violence.
