The Attorney General’s Office of Mexico City (FGJCDMX) confirmed that Carlos Ahumada He attended this Tuesday before a judge in the facilities of the Northern Prisoncontrary to what was stated by the defendant’s defense.

“The hearing is pending regarding the request for prescription filed by Carlos Agustín N., in which the social representative will present the necessary arguments to establish the non-prescription of the crime and request that Carlos N. serve the sentence of one year, 10 months, 23 days,” explained the FGJCDMX through a bulletin.

Likewise, Carlos Ahumada was asked to pay financial compensation for the damages, which amount to nearly 30 million pesos, due to the conviction sentence imposed for his criminal responsibility in the crime of generic fraud.
