The traditional bank office is increasingly becoming a thing of the past
First Investment Bank (Fibank) opened its completely new modern office with a digital area at 3 “Narodno Zabrenie” Square.
The office has a Fibank Digital Zone – a technological zone for modern and quick customer discussions, where they can carry out banking operations in the bank’s digital applications they are already familiar with – My Fibank, My Fibank.
In addition, in the digital zone, training can be held with a focus on the use of digital financial services, as well as with an emphasis on increasing financial digital literacy among schoolchildren and students.
The PIB banking lounge with the new digital areas provides a completely new customer experience, combining the bank’s best innovative solutions and excellent customer service. In the salon, there are fluid workplaces, allowing shortening of the distance with customers, as well as faster service.
There are also spaces for virtual meetings and on-site credit consultations with bank experts.
The modern technological zone has so far been introduced in two branches of the bank in the capital – the one on the “National Assembly” square 3, as well as in The Mall, which are already active and waiting for their customers.
The opening of the digital zone on Tuesday was hosted by the actor Philip Bukov, who shared a funny moment from his career.
