An investigation published on the French website Josimar, shows bullying and degrading conduct on the part of the FIFA association in Haiti. It is suspected that this happened for two decades. The needs of FIFA officials.
According to an investigation by the French newspaper, FIFA delegations that visited Haiti to attend a judging course or to promote the organization sexually exploited boys and girls with the help of the association in Haiti.

Sepp Blatter, who has served as FIFA president for 17 years, is among the senior officials exposed in the investigation. The same investigation describes how Blatter enjoys the same sex scandal in Haiti. “He got girls. They were asked to sleep with him, it was an order. They had no choice, they were afraid.”
And again Blatter’s name came up in the same context: “They would come to Haiti and offer them an actress, a judge or a worker for sex. Some of the most senior, including Sepp Blatter, took advantage of that. It was hell on earth.” On one occasion, Dado instructed one of the union employees to visit Blatter in his hotel room and ordered her to have sex with him.
“You came to Haiti and got a girl from your local association at your hotel, that’s how it worked,” said Haitian local players’ president, former captain of the local team, Arenso Lawrence.
