Fight against dark stores in Paris: why justice cancels the fines drawn up by the City

The snub leaves Paris City Hall stunned. Anne Hidalgo’s first deputy (PS), Emmanuel Grégoire, does not hide his disappointment. The administrative court of Paris has quite simply invalidated the procedures launched by the City against two actors of the “quick trade”, these home delivery services including the “dark stores”, fake stores without windows which actually serve them as warehouses, have been blooming for two years throughout the capital.
